Anxiety. Depression. Self-Esteem

You know you’re just not feeling like yourself, but you can’t shake that feeling. Anxiety, depression, and self-esteem can cloud how you show up in your relationships, your work, and may even dampen your favorite activities. These symptoms can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and paralyzing; the good news is that therapy can help.

Anxiety.

Worry. Racing hearts. Dizziness. Feeling uncertain, shaky, or nauseous. Perhaps it feels irrational, out-of-control, or like it’s leeching all life from you.

Anxiety can show up like a lot things, but at its core its a protective response from a perceived threat. When a threat is perceived the nervous system becomes activated to guide us away from the threat.

We’ll work to repattern the nervous system and restructure thought patterns to reduce anxiety.

Depression.

Exhaustion. Emptiness. Lack of motivation. Depression isn’t just feeling sad. It can include sadness, but it’s more resounding, more long-lasting, and more systemic than being sad.

Many experts belief that there are both biological and psychological components to depression, so we need to work holistically to find a treatment that works for you.

Together we can find your spirit again by targeting behaviors, cognitions, and how you hope to see yourself.

Self-Esteem.
