  • My rate is $120 / hr for individual sessions and $140 / hr for couples. The rate is subject to increase with experience and cost of living increases.

  • I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for those with financial needs. The sliding scale fee is limited to 6 Sessions.

  • I accept Medicaid, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, and Rocky Mountain Health Plans. I also partner with Vail Resorts EAP as a preferred provider.

    Keep in mind that using insurance requires a diagnosis and may limit the type of treatment I’m able to provide.

  • Yes, I work with Building Hope scholarships. I also am on the Mountain Strong platform for Eagle County.

  • I accept cash, check, and credit card. I see individuals using insurance through Summit Psychotherapy.

  • Appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, I request 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or appointments canceled within 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to the cost of the session. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future session.

  • I see clients in-person in Frisco, CO, in Golden, CO, and through telehealth.

  • I work with adults and couples.

    I also see clients on Tuesdays in Golden, Colorado with the Compass Healing Project.

  • We will address your goals for therapy, and we’ll cover your background. This will inform how we proceed in our time together.

    We will also go over the paperwork and cover risks and protections. This first session will be comprehensive and will have less emphasis on the therapeutic process. Keep in mind that therapy is a process and we will need to establish a cohesive relationship to make the process work for you.
